Could you please tell us which version of Visio do you have?

• If you have a retail version of Visio or a subscription product of Visio Plan 2, you can download it from the licensed account page. For more, please refer to 'Install Visio or access Visio for the web'.
• But if you have volume licensed version of Visio, such as Visio 2013 and Visio 2016, you need to go to VLSC to download the installation package. For volume licensed versions of Visio 2019, Visio 2021 or C2R-P versions of Visio 2016, you need to use ODT and configuration file (.xml) to download.
