unauthorized invoice in my microsoft azure account

Hello, I am really worried because I received an invoice from Microsoft of $USD 2.6K and I haven't used my account in months. I always used to receive bills of $0 because I didn't have any resource from Azure in my account, but suddenly in February I was sent an email telling me to pay $USD 2632.68, I am really shocked because as I said I haven't used my Microsoft Azure Account in months, and I don't have that amount of money to even pay it.

In Jan 16th I received an email telling me that my azure account was disabled, 15 minutes later I received another with the same info., later a question was submitted to Microsoft by an unknown person/pc (I can't find it in my account log in history, it only shows me recent dates) to supposedly solve the problem, and lastly Microsoft sent an email telling me that the case was closed.

Today I looked into the invoice, and I noticed that a ton of resources that before January I had not in my azure profile have been purchased! I deleted them all to prevent future charges from Microsoft. These resources have never been asked in the previous months because I barely know how to use this platform, and at least I tried to make sure that I won't receive any kind of bill at the end of the month.

If you ask why I'm worrying now and not before, is because at some point in January I possibly ignored the email. And second, I live in Chile, and the mail didn't show in the payment that the pricing was in USD, you see, in Chile we also use the $ symbol, and $CLP 2632.68 is equal to $USD 3.33. I started to shock when I noticed that I was being charged with millions of Chilean pesos (or thousands of US dollars).

I repeat, I haven't done any of these things! I don't want to pay anything that I haven't purchased by myself, and even if this has no solution, I can't pay this absurd amount of money!
