People are sending mails to our tenant with malware in the attachment. The recipient is no longer there. An NDR with the same attachment is being sent to the sender.
How can I remove the attachment from the NDR in Exchange Online.

How can I remove the attachment from the NDR in Exchange Online.
Nothing that I am aware of can do this...
But just out of curiosity, why you are care about the attachment in the NDR as it's sent out to the original sender which is outside your tenant?

I need that because if someone sends an email to recipient that not exists anymore with malware attachment. So our Exchange online sends NDR with the malware in the attachment.

Unfortunately, by Mail Server design, this is not possible. (not only exchange server)
Attachment cannot be modified or removed by the sender or the recipient of the NDR, as it is automatically generated by the email server and is an integral part of the NDR message concept.

This option is there in exchange on-prem by reducing the size of the attachment to 0.

True. But these two parameters are available only in on-premises Exchange. No equivalent in Exchange Online as I know...
