Recover delete rules from a Shared inbox

Hello all,

A user who is a member of several shared inboxes has accidentally ran outlook.exe /cleanserverrules which, to no ones surprise, has now deleted all rules applied to the shared inboxes they are a member of affecting several other members

In order to support them, is there a way for these rules to be recovered? SCANPST was ran on the clients laptop first so there will be a backup .bak file, but unfortunately the rules were not exported as backup first

Agree with @Andy David - MVP , I think it isn’t feasible.

Besides, I recommend you contact them to confirm if they have any back up, or whether they can still remember some settings.

If they werent exported and backed up previously somehow, there is no way to recover those, sorry.
