Problem with outlook mail limits

Hello.
We have office365 account with several Users. We are using this account to test our product with office365 api (Microsoft Graph Api). The problem is that we added a lot of emails in outlook and now it hangs. We even couldn't remove emails from mailboxes to make it alive. We tried to remove emails from web and throught Graph Api. None of that helped.
How we could fix this problem?

Based on my research, the default is 10 accounts in one profile, and administrator can edit the registry or apply a group policy to increase the limit.
