Hello, looks like there is a latest SQL Server vulnerability security risk.

Can someone point me please to the appropriate patches that I need to download and install based on my following SELECT @@VERSION ?

For the machines running SQL 2016 SP3, you need https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=105011 and the SQL 2014 machines could make use of https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=105008.
