SSPR_0011: Your organisation hasn’t set up a password reset policy

I am having trouble accessing my email account.

I am the only user for my organisation (small business) - I got kicked out of the account and when I go to log back in, I get sent to the azure authenticator as usual - but this time it wants my password. The one my system prompts doesn't work, so I need to reset it. All pretty normal up until this bit:

However, when I go to reset the password, I get this message:
"SSPR_0011: Your organisation hasn’t set up a password reset policy.'"

I don't know who else could be the administrator other than me - but I don't know how to fix this.

Can anyone suggest how I identify the admin? When it says the message has been sent to the admin, it goes to the never never - I have no idea what to do.

Any help greatly appreciated.

    Hello Andrew, if you're the only admin for your Azure AD tenant and are locked from accessing any resource you will need to create a support request or call one of our Business Global Customer Service phone numbers. Once a support case is created you can request it to be assigned to Alfredo Revilla, that's me :)
