    Possible Reasons are:-

    1. Network settings
    2. Server Configurations
    3. Appropriates ports are opened
    4. Enabled firewall

    If in case issue exists please follow below:-

    1. Open [Network and Sharing Center]
    2. select [Change Adapter Settings]
    3. Select the [Networking] Tab
    4. Click the [Advanced]
    5. uncheck the box that says [Use default gateway on remote network]
    6. Click "OK" on each window to close them all out
    7. Disconnect and reconnect to the VPN

    Hopefully issue resolved...
