iis smtp does not relay

my company have the iis smtp relay on windows server 2012 relayed to the company mailserver. all is worked ok, but one user is clicked on send button, and he tryed that sends 170 mails and the iis smtp relay stopped with working. the relay work when he send mail to the company domain, but when he sends mail out of domain the relay does not works. also, i tested on iis smtp relay server i created test file with sending mail on gmail mail and he sends mail. in log of the relay server i found

IP address of company mail server, OutboundConnectionResponse, 3/1/2023, 22:17:49, SMTPSVC1, relay name, -, 63, 0, 48, 0, 0, -, -, 550 5.1.1 Recipient unknown ******@domain.com,

this mail is mine and he works

what i do?

    i have one more the iis smtp server with same configuration with relay on gmail. when i set users on this server relaying works. where is the problem?
