Visio line jumps dissappear when moving connectors

Using Visio Plan 2

Starting from this:

I then adjust the connector, and the line jump disappears:

If I re-adjust the connector back up to the starting position, or even move it down closer to the object below, the line jump re-appears. But when I adjust the connector to be in the middle where I want it, the jump disappears.

When I selected my drawing in Visio, and then pasted into PowerPoint, an image was pasted into PowerPoint that has the correct line jump!! (the purple background is from a layered object behind the pasted image)

    Hi @JH42

    When the issue occurs, do all jumps in this page disappear, or just specific jump dissapper?

    I suggest you change the size of the jump, such as set number 1 for vertical and horizontal size.

    You may also try to change the style of the connector, and adjust the position of the related shapes for a test.
