There is no VS2015 Community edition, it is Visual Studio Express 2015. Visual Studio Community is an updated alternative to Visual Studio Express. You can download the Visual Studio Express 2015 from the Download page.
By the way, VS2015 is an older version, I recommend you download and install the latest version of Visual Studio.
