Cannot configure all virtual directories via /ecp

Hi All,

I have Installed another one Exchange 2016 server into to the system after that I found that I could not configure all virtual directories via ECP, although I have accessed the ECP via directly login the server. please see the picture below,

Please help me or suggest the solutions to resolve the issue.

    Hi @Tanisorn Sowudomsilp ,

     

    In response to your question, I have the following suggestions:

     

    1. Please check that there are no restrictions in the firewall to make sure port 443/80 is enabled, refer to related similar thread: The Version of Internet information services (IIS) that is running
    2. Please make sure the Remote Registry service is running, as follows:

    3. If the issue persists, please have a look at the Event Viewer and see if there’s any potentially relevant events recorded out there.

    Hi @Tanisorn Sowudomsilp ,

    It seems a network issue.

    Check if all required port are opened :

    Network ports for clients and mail flow in Exchange
