How to active window server 2022 Datacenter license on VMware

Dear All,

I have 4 Server run ESXi 8. on Server 2 CPUs, 10 cores each.

I have subscription Windows Server 2022 datacenter: 4 lic 16-core + 8 lic 2-core.

Microsoft issued 2 license key for 16-core and 2-core.

So, how to active key for VM run Windows Server on ESXi?

There is any difference between keys 16-core and 2-core to ensure the policy of Microsoft when I add key to VM?

How do I use right it?

Hi Pham,

Also I will suggest you to contact Microsoft so you are clear and follow the License model and so you do not mismatch the license requirements in the Environment. Do you have a contact with the Volume Licensing team if yes you will need to clarify your queries.
