How to use cdn-image-processing

Question

I saw this web, It can help me to resolve image feature.
but I can't find image processing in acceleration type when i want to create cdn profiles with any Pricing tier.
What should i do?

Azure CDN Image Processing is currently only available in Azure CDN China and is not available globally. You can check this in the article you referred as below:

This feature is currently under review for global release. You can upvote the feature in this feedback forum.

We are experiencing some problems to process images available in blob storage and would like to process images on demand required from mobile applications.
