how can I change my phone number on blocked account

Hi,

I have a Microsoft account which has been blocked but has my old phone number saved. I wanted to unblock it but for that they would need to send me a message to the old phone number. The don't except my new number.

How can I unblock the account without having to use the old phone number which I don't have anymore? Or maybe even change the number somehow?

I really apricate any help I can get.

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form

Use the Get Help app here to chat online with someone by clicking link

then "Windows", then underneath "home support" click on Get support in the Get Help Windows app
