What causes Windows 11 Rdp Client to crash? Windows 7 client to the same target never did this. It appears to be related to scrolling and zooming.

The RDP is the latest version.

Here are some other general troubleshooting steps:

1.Try uninstalling and reinstalling the remote desktop client;

2. Check your computer if there are any Windows updates that need to installed;
3. Reinstalling the DLL file or replace the ntdll.dll file from a trusted source;
4. Run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and  sfc /scannow  to repair damaged system files.
