Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Disk Drive.
- Please turn Off your computer and check the Cables of your Disk drive or plug it to different port on the Motherboard.
- Please start your computer using Recovery mode using Windows 11 bootable USB and run full check disk on D:\ using below command.
chkdsk /f /r D:\
- Other Method is to attach D:\ Drive to any other different computer and perform the Full check disk to repair any File System related or BAD sectors on your drive.
