Hi all,

we are going to Switch from Server 2012R2 to Server 2019.

We need to convert our licences to RDS User CALs for Server 2019.

Normaly we would write a Mail to one of the above mentioned adresses but they are either out of service or unreachable

"550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. [CB1PEPF00003D78.namprd00.prod.outlook.com 2023-03-14T08:04:56.419Z 08DB243CD4F0F35F]" / Mailbox not found, no access, or command rejected [-1919]

MS Phone support also directed me to the mentioned adresses

Is there another way to Convert the RDS User CALs?

Windows for business Windows Client for IT Pros User experience Remote desktop services and terminal services
Windows for business Windows Server User experience Other

    Afraid you'll need new Cals.

You can't use RDS CALs for earlier versions to access later versions of Windows Server, but you can use later versions of RDS CALs to access earlier versions of Windows Server.

If you're asking about software assurance then you'll need to contact the volume center for assistance.
