How to upload a mobile LOB application in Intune?

Question

I would like to programmatically register my mobile application with Intune.

I have tried the following:

1. create a LOB application

2. creation of application content tied to that LOB application
   • https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/intune-apps-mobileappcontent-create?view=graph-rest-beta
3. creation of files tied to that application content
   • https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/intune-apps-mobileappcontentfile-create?view=graph-rest-beta
4. uploading the application encrypted to a SAS URL that can be retrieved from the application content file
   • https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/intune-apps-mobileappcontentfile-get?view=graph-rest-beta
   • I used CBC mode of AES algorithm, PKCS7 padding and HMAC to encrypt files for that application.
   • I set the chunk size to every 4MB and uploaded the file.
5. commit the application content file
   • https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/intune-apps-mobileappcontentfile-commit?view=graph-rest-beta

I have done these the UpdateState of the application content file is commitFileFailed. I expected that the UpdateState would be commitFileSuccess.

I think the problem is probably with file encryption or file upload, but I am having trouble finding any documentation or other reference.
