How to fix Windows Backup 2016 Complete with warnings

Basically, we have an issue with the windows server backup 2016 that is always showing Complete with warnings. Basically, we have 4 VM's and usually the error is happening between the 2 VM which are called RPEDXBFP01 and RPEDXBERP01. Here is the error code. Attaching the File. I can also see that our Backup takes time as it is showing incremental but upon checking it is backing up the whole data instead.
