Hello,

I've created a new custom search vertical for a SharePoint Online site. After appending the URL "clearcachie=true, the newly added custom search vertical shown up with the other default verticals (All, Files, Sites, News, Images) but the custom verticals not giving any option to filter the search results.

Also, the results for the search are same as the default vertical search results. There is no difference in it.

https://tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/xxx/_layouts/15/SiteAdmin.aspx#/

Please tell me whether this feature custom search vertical in a SharePoint site is available.

Regards,

Tamil

    Hi @tamilarasan l ,

You mean, you created a custom vertical search with filter, and you

append cacheClear=true to the URL in SharePoint .Like this : https://tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/Amy_Team/_layouts/15/search.aspx/siteall?cacheClear=true

I make a test in my environment, But can not reproduce your issue.

    We do some regular troubleshooting:

    1. Check whether there is a problem with the Query statement, resulting in an incorrect result.
    2. Check whether Filter is added.
    3. Wait for a while to see if vertical can work normally.
    4. Re-create a vertical, whether it can work normally.
    5. Change a site, create a vertical, whether it can work normally.
