why report server url is not listed as web view in ssrs

Hi Team , I have configured ssrs 2019 successfully but url i not coming as webview, iam getting only folder view. What is the reason ? Reagrds, Deepa.R

    Hi @Deepa Ramadass What do you mean by folder view, can you take a look at your screenshot? Are you using "http://<servername>/reports"? This page should appear when properly configured. Of course, if you haven't created any reports, none of these reports will appear. 5

    As for your HTTP ERROR 500, can you check your logs to locate what the detailed error is? For trace logs, you can check this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/report-server/report-server-service-trace-log?view=sql-server-ver16. Best regards, Aniya
