Greetings,

I tried to configure OpenVPN to connect from a remote location to the server, but it was not successful, the problem is that the encryption is as written in the openvpn log?
I tried from a windows server, L2TP works for me locally, but when I want to connect from outside (remote locations, I can't connect, I missed the port on the router and on the firewall server, but it doesn't work, does anyone have an idea why it doesn't work?
I would like to ask you if anyone has a suggestion to suggest the fastest and easiest way to configure VPN on active directory?

I apologize in advance
Best regards

Hello there, Do you get any Event ID generated? To find the reason for VPN failure you can use tools to find the reason. Process Monitor is an advanced monitoring tool for Windows that shows real-time file system, Registry and process/thread activity. You can get the tool from here https://docs.microsoft.com/enus/sysinternals/downloads/procmon In this tutorial, you'll learn how to deploy Always On VPN connections for remote domain-joined Windows client computers. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/remote/remote-access/tutorial-aovpn-deploy-setup Hope this resolves your Query !! --If the reply is helpful, please Upvote and Accept it as an answer--
