Hi, we are currently having an Issue with the Automated Device Enrollment via Intune. When we try to configure an ipad it gets the error: BYCloudConfigRetrieveProfileFromWebErrorDomain error - 5 We can setup iphones without running into this issue Resetting the device did not help.
Reassigning the profile didn´t help.
Modify the Enrollmentprofile then syncing the device didnt help. Does anyone have a suggestions where this issue might come from? Chris

    @Christopher Baes, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know one iPad is failed to be enrolled into Intune. To clarify our issue, please collect the following information:

    1. For the user to enroll the device, did he/she has Intune license assigned? If the user enroll other devices, will it has issue?
    2. For the iPad, did we enroll into other tenant before? Please confirm the above information and if there's anything unclear, feel free to let us know.
