Word document window is hiding after a minute of inactivity. To access the document again I have to go to the Dock and click on Show. This Hiding continues in circles if the document is inactive for a minute.

    Hi @Ashot Shagirian

Does this issue occur with other applications?

Have you pressed Command + Option + H?

Please make sure, there is no related 3rd-party software on your Macbook which automatically hides inactive apps after a period of time. Such as the applications mention in this link: https://www.reddit.com/r/macapps/comments/ckx5xg/vanish_automatically_hide_inactive_apps_after_a/

(Please Note: Since the web site is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may changed without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.)

If there is no such application above, additionally, only Word has this issue, then I suggest you uninstall Word for Mac (Move Word application to Trash), and reinsall it from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/update-history-office-for-mac#:~:text=296537863427F4B9A8F8E735C77F27496EC28CDD49D30F038D71B76AF4406B1D-,Word,-Install%20package%0AUpdate.

If nothing helps, please create a new account user on Mac to check this issue.
