how to transfer direct csp Azure to an indirect CSP

Hi Unsure if this is the correct place to be posting this question, but thought someone may know where to point us. One of the customer have Azure plan directly with Microsoft. How we can transfer this account to indirect CSP? Will the resources be affected ??is there any downtime required? Thank you in advance.
