Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?
To exclude the client issue, we recommend you try to follow thse steps to clear your client cache file to see if it can be fixed:
Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows logo key
+R.
- In the Run dialog box, enter %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams, and then select OK.
- Delete all files and folders in the %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams directory.
Then try to reset your emergency location in Teams dial to see if it can be fixed
