- Click this link https://support.microsoft.com/contactus make sure to log in with your account and choose Microsoft 365. THE VERY IMPORTANT PART:
- Choose 'Get Home Support' and type the 'technical Microsoft problem'.
- Click 'Get Help' then scroll down and select 'Contact Support'.
