Hi there,

Our computers at home or company are all connect to Network drive through Mapping Network Drive on File explorer as follow : https://www.howtogeek.com/755213/how-to-map-a-network-drive-on-windows-11/

After entering the address of the drivers, normally the Windows Security pops out to enter the credentials as follows: User's image

However, we went through the same procedures on a new Win 11 computer, we got different request asking to fill up the user's email and pin numbers and we filled out. The result is as follows : Can anyone let me know how can i complete the mapping to our network drive on this new computer?

    Thank you so much Kaipil.

We have checked on DNS settings and everything is fine but still cant log in with email credential. The PC with this log in issue is a completely new one bought and set up recently (about a week ago and has been updated accordingly on Windows update. Is there any certain updates changes the setting for the authentication or setting to the network drive Thank you.
