Hi @James Lee ,
- Please ensure that the user attributes in Active Directory are set correctly via the Get-RemoteMailbox cmdlet. After the correct values are set for the attributes, force directory synchronization to occur, and then try to set up the user's email account in Outlook.
- Please check if there is an agent active in the background, temporarily turn it off to see if that helps.
- What are your versions of Outlook and Exchange? Please upgrade to the latest version of Outlook.
