We're aware of this and the work to update to a newer version of the API is underway.
Also as a side note, the Salesforce provisioning integration that exists today does not use SCIM, but rather a proprietary Salesforce SOAP API.

Hello,
Our company has SCIM provisioning set up for Salesforce. We have received messages from Salesforce warning us that we are using a soon to be retired endpoint in their login API. We have reviewed our login history in Salesforce and the only user that logs in to this older endpoint is the service user that we have for Azure AD SCIM. It's the user account entered on the 'Admin Credentials' section of the Provisioning configuration. Here's a screenshot showing a login for that user to the version 28 SOAP endpoint in Salesforce.
Is Azure aware of this? Here is a link to the notice from Salesforce: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000389618&type=1
