Have never used sandbox before, yet I am receiving message that i have reached my limit for the day

Hi. I keep receiving this message:

"You have used all of your sandboxes for today. More sandboxes will be available tomorrow"

I have never used the sandbox, because I have been receiving this message since the first day I attempted to activate it.

    Why have all of my sandboxes been used when I haven't used any yet?

    This may be caused by an incorrectly set locale on the computer/device you are using that conflicts with the time the sandbox is expecting. Check locale and time settings to make sure there isn't anything that may be causing this.

    If that doesn't work, you can try two other things:

    • See if creating another profile allows you to successfully activate the sandbox (this rules out issues with the profile being used).
    • Try a different browser and incognito modes.
