Windows Remote Assistance easy connect option is greyed out and unavailable

I did restart the Peer Name Resolution service, as others have suggested without success. Easy Connect is still not available.

    1. Enable Easy Connect using below command.

    netsh int teredo show state

    netsh interface ipv6 set teredo client test.ipv6.microsoft.com

    1. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
    2. Run sfc /scannow from elevated prompt.
    3. Run below DISM commands from elevated prompt.

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    1. Reboot your Computer
