Yes I understand that part, but maybe I should've clarified more about the scheduling algorithm. I was asking whether it was first come, first serve, priority, round robin, or multilevel queue scheduling. I have seen answers for Windows 10 using multilevel queue scheduling but was unsure if it's the same for Windows 11 as well.
oh..understand now.
windows 11 use a mix of this algorithm to be more efficiently..but priority is priority...
