Hello,

Is it possible to use in LogicApp the recurrence action to schedule it so that Logicapp runs only once on a certain date?

Yes I believe you can but it may be weird because it was designed to pick recurring time outside of cronn also you can use the cronn format to schedule if you need to run at a specific time day or at intervals of that day.
