Teams "Open Application in Background" registry setting

Hi,

Simple question, how can I enable "open application in background" in registry so I can automate this step when deploying windows.

thank you for your answer. I am not looking for a checkmark option which you proposed, this is easy to find. I am looking to deploy this with a freshly installed Windows 10 with SCCM.

It is shameful that microsoft did not put out any GPO settings for teams in over almost four years. We cannot do anything as admins. Even a registry entry would do the trick but this is also not possible how it seems. I am not at all satisfied as a business customer.

Is there another solution you are able to offer us?

Currently, I found similar feedback to be collected in Teams User Voice. To get this feature faster, you can raise or vote for it in Teams User Voice.
