Problem creating a workspace in Azure Mchine Learning Studio

New user who is signed up for initial Free account to get started. Trying to create a workspace in Azure Machine Learning Studio. First page has an user entry for workspace name and 3 drop lists. I cannot get the "Create" button to come active. What is the problem here?
