How can i Download Regulatory Compliance Standard without using the Azure Portal ?

Hello, i'm using Microsoft Defender for Cloud for my Azure Resource. Currently, i can Download Compliance Standard Report using the Portal as showed in this Image

Currently, i'm looking for a way to have this report using Az Cli / Azure PowerShell / REST API.

Is there a way please ?
