Did you add a directory "Dell.vscode" to the C:\Users directory? Have you installed a C++ compiler? Did you add any Dell extensions to VSCode?

Check your PowerShell profile(s). One of them may be installing a debugger (gbd.exe).

Check your launch.json file(s), too.
