Merge certification

I have accidentally created two different certification profile and later on passed az 900 from second profile . But now In my Microsoft learn account i am not able to download my certificate because it is not merging my second profile

I am giving my MCID number of both profile please help me

This both are associated with mobile number 9422214134 and email ID ******@gmail.com

MCID: 995105781

MCID: 995125345

I have tried all ways but not able to post this issue on training support page and also still facing same issues please Microsoft customer support help me
