I have accidentally created two different certification profile and later on passed az 900 from second profile . But now In my Microsoft learn account i am not able to download my certificate because it is not merging my second profile

I am giving my MCID number of both profile please help me

This both are associated with mobile number 9422214134 and email ID ******@gmail.com

MCID: 995105781

MCID: 995125345

I have tried all ways but not able to post this issue on training support page and also still facing same issues please Microsoft customer support help me

@Naser Pathan I checked in the Certification forum and I see that several people have recently asked new questions, so it appears to be working at least for some people. Please reply back with details of the problem you are having asking your question.

It asking me to create display name after entering my name this page is not proceeding further i have attached a screenshot of it

@Naser Pathan Are you able to try from a laptop or desktop PC or Mac instead of your mobile? The other thing you could try is deleting cookies/history off of your phone, trying to sign in to the Certification forum (and create display name), then clicking the Ask a new question link in upper right.

@Naser Pathan Okay, what you can do is create a new Microsoft account with different email (e.g. ******@outlook.com) and use that only for posting your question in Certification forum. Once you have them working on your merge request, you can ask a separate question to have them fix whatever is blocking you from asking question using your main account.

To create new account go to below link (without being signed in already and clear history), click Sign in, then click Create one!:

I have created new Id as you guided and it works i am able to post my questions.. hope so they will sort my issue and thank you

@Naser Pathan Great. Please keep checking your question periodically to see if they have replied. Sometimes the email notification system over there doesn't work. If you don't respond to them within a certain number of days with the information they ask for they will lock your question and you have to start over.
