Unable to accept emails from SendGrid

I want to recieve alert email from program via SendGrid. Everytime my program and SendGrid shows that email was sent, but I couldn't recieve it at Teams channel.
My Teams channel is set as following, but it still reject the email from sendgrid.
Is there any other seeting I need to do to let email from sendgrid in?

Can others in my organization send channel messages?
Possible reasons why you can't send email to your channel are as follows:
The email contains more than 50 inline images.
The email has more than 20 file attachments.
The email has an attachment that's more than 10 MB.
The email includes the channel email address as part of a distribution list. Make sure that the channel email address is being used directly.
- The SharePoint folder associated with the channel was deleted, renamed, or hasn't been synced.
- Anti-spam protection is blocking the email.

Rick D 0 Reputation points2023-06-09T04:53:00.71+00:00 I have the same exact issue. When I try to use sendgrid to relay messages to a MS Teams channel, the messages never show up. Doesn't matter what app or format. I have reviewed the Teams guidelines on why messages can fail and this is not the case. I can use a simple powershell script to relay a message through sendgrid to my gmail and it works just fine. I can send a test message from my Exchange Online account to the teams channel just fine. I have also tried sending the messages as the same verified domain in send grid as the from address in my test messages and they never show up in Teams even though I can see that the messages are processed and deliver to Teams in the Sendgrid control panel.
