Not all voices available for On-Premise Text to Speech

Dear Microsoft Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I have a question regarding the availability of voices for the online Text-to-Speech (TTS) service for on-premise use.

I came across the question (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1250136/which-voices-are-available-for-tts-onpremises) stating that these voices can be made available upon request. We have followed the necessary procedure and submitted a request. However, after getting the confirmation we received another link to the public container registry (https://hub.docker.com/_/microsoft-azure-cognitive-services-speechservices-neural-text-to-speech) instead. While this registry includes the two German offline voices, "de-de-katjaneural" and "de-de-conradneural," which we are already using, we are also interested in utilizing "de-de-amalianeural," "de-at-ingridneural," and "de-at-jonasneural," currently available for online use. Could you please confirm if these voices are also available for on-premise use?

In order to comply with data protection regulations in Germany, we are required to host the Text-to-Speech services on-premise. Fortunately, Microsoft offers convenient on-premise containers for offline usage, which we have discovered in the container registry mentioned earlier. However, we have encountered an issue as these containers only support the German voices "de-de-katjaneural" and "de-de-conradneural". We are aware that Microsoft provides additional German voices such as Amalia, Ingrid, and Jonas when using the service online (https://speech.microsoft.com/portal/voicegallery).

According to the accepted answer in the previous question thread I mentioned, all voices available online should also be accessible offline as on-premise containers. However, we have been unable to locate any documentation or instructions on how to access these additional voices. We are hopeful that you can assist us in resolving this matter.

That' true this registry includes the two German voices, "de-de-katjaneural" and "de-de-conradneural,"https://mcr.microsoft.com/product/azure-cognitive-services/speechservices/neural-text-to-speech/tags

The product team confirmed that can make these additional voices from the public cloud available in containers as required. So, if you are interested, please forward that confirmation email received from the gating team to azcommunity@microsoft.com with the below details, so that we can forward it to the product team.
