Hello, @Chitra Singh !
What AI or augmented reality applications or tools can be used by or introduced to an elementary class?
There are many exciting AI and augmented reality applications that you can look into, including Azure mixed reality services (there are several videos and demonstrations of real world use you can show students) but arguably the easiest and most hands-on experiences are going to be generative AI using ChatGPT, the new Bing Chat, or DALL-E.
My personal recommendation would be to have students explore the text side of ChatGPT by asking it questions to understand the current strengths and weaknesses of generative AI (Can you answer questions about this famous book we read? Will the AI make up an answer if it doesn't know? What about if I ask you to answer a question for a specific person, like an elementary school student versus a college student? Can it create a story based on my prompts?):

An example of an interaction with GPT text generation:
I would also have them explore generating images using DALL-E 2 as this can be a lot of fun for people of all ages and becomes very intuitive after short sessions. Have them explore how to make the images they are thinking of, then make changes or even change the art style completely:
I hope this helps! Let me know if there's anything else I can do.
