In Windows Server 2019 - Raid options are grayed out

I'm attempting to do RAID-1 to mirror the C drive (on the SSD Disk 0) onto the secondary drive (on the 2nd SSD Disk 1), but all the options are grayed out for Disk 1.

I saw on a separate forum that both disk 0 and disk 1, needed to be set as dynamic. So I put both disk 0 and disk 1 as dynamic. Yet now in addition to the options for disk 1 being grayed out, the options for disk 0 are now also grayed out.

So I'm just attempting to find out how to setup a RAID-1 array, for Disk 0 to be mirrored onto Disk 1, in Windows Server 2019.

Dave, I appreciate your response, but you didn't read my full OP. As I'm unable to proceed with the steps in the link, as with Step 2, it indicated to click add mirror. Yet as I said in my OP, all the options for Disk 0 and Disk 1 are grayed out!
