Could you tell me if you could see the downloading notification when you click the download for this video file?
If you could see the downloading notification but cannot find the location, you could try to follow these steps to find it:
1)Click three dots in Teams client > Settings
2)In Teams client setting, select Files and Links.
3)You could see the default download locations from here. The default location is C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads.
4)Go to this file location to see if you could find the video file you want.
