How to fix ARM_ACCOUNT_MUST_BE_MANAGED_BY_ARM

I created an ARM-based Video Indexer account in Azure portal based on the steps mentioned in the Azure documentations. But, if I use the API to generate an access code I get this response. Looking for guidance on next steps.

@dev_local I had a chance to generate an access code previously by following the steps mentioned in this thread. Do you think this will help you generate one with the right resource?

@romungi-MSFT I have been able to generate an access code using that API documentation page and the 'try it' but when I try to implement into my actual workflow I get the ARM error message. The account was created in ARM so I'm not sure how to proceed since I can't get past that

You need to generate a token from the Azure portal. Navigate to the Video Indexer account resource and use the Management section to generate a token.
