XAML changes arent reflecting when i change the code until its not build

Question

please write below msg more precisely I have a WPF app which I migrated from VS 2015 .Net framework 4.5.2 to 4.8 and vs 2022 now the problem is if i change my xaml code the changes doesnt relfect in my desing until or unless i dont build the code which takes alot of time during development and hence decrease the prodcutivity. How can I resolve this problem

Does it have multiple projects under the solution? 

Please go to Build > Configuration Manager > choose the same platform for all projects.
