If I have the same email on a Google and Microsoft account, will the deletion/closing of the Microsoft account delete the Google account?

No, modifying / deleting a microsoft account alias will have no effect on the gmail account. You can follow along here to make the changes.

The issue is I changed my alias to much and I can't change it no more. And I wanted to get rid of my Microsoft account for safety reasons. I just want to keep my Google account, this one is very important. And getting a email. "your ****@gmail.com will be deleted soon", freaked me out. Also sorry if I am dumb.
Ok, yes it will not have an effect. I also have my gmail as an alias for my microsoft account. Another thing you can do is use the Get Help app here to chat online with someone by clicking link to ask about the change frequency.
then "Windows", then underneath "home support" click on Get support in the Get Help Windows app
