I have been trying to genarate a regular Bing Search API key within the Azure portal but after having all parameters checked and validated it keeps returning "Internal Server Error".
I have been chatting with support and trying to change various paramters as well as using incogninto window and Bing Custom Search but still have received the same error.
Support has directed me to post here for Expert checks.

I have the exact same issue. just want to create a question, but see the issue has already been reported. Thank you. please let us know when the issue is fixed.
