Greetings! I tried to create a free account in MS Azure for learning purposes for my Data Analysis seminar.

When I created the account it was automatically linked to a directory from a company I worked for 4 years ago. Don't know how because I have never ever used Azure before. I contacted support and after 4 days I had no answer and I tried to solve it by myself since I am wasting time from my seminar. I tried to disconnect my account from the organization and when I did it I can't use my account and I get the following notifications. Any help please?

Thank you!

    @Κώστας Πανταζής ,

    Based on your screenshots it sounds like you are receiving the error because the user "from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft_Azure_Billing" and the "user account is not a member of the tenant."I'm not sure which method you used to sign up for the Azure Free account, but since the error indicates that your user doesn't belong to the Azure AD Tenant, I'd recommend trying again to leverage our Azure Sign Up page to see if you qualify for an Azure free account or Pay-as-you-go.

    When you go through the sign-up page, an Azure AD tenant should be created for you. I would also recommend using a different browser to start this process.

    If you're still having issues, I'd recommend reaching out to our customer service number for your country/region or our Azure Cost Management team.

    If the information helped you, please Accept the answer. This will help us as well as others in the community who may be facing similar issues.
